Erasa Skincare has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly issue you a refund of your purchase (less any shipping charges). Please note that we will only refund purchases made from erasaskincare.com. Refunds of purchases made from other resellers will not be honored.
If you ever need to return or exchange a product, please note the following guidelines:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of order date.
- Please include a copy of your packing slip (or a note with your order #, name, email address, phone number) and your reason for returning the product(s)
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
- Products specified as non-returnable cannot be returned for any reasons.
To initiate your return, please call our Customer Service Center at +1.844.30.ERASA to obtain a RMA number. Customer Service is avaliable Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM eastern time. Please note the RMA# on the outside of the box as well as on your copy of the packing slip. Once we have received your return back to our Return Center, we will promptly issue your refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be completed.
